Shake well.

Adults and children over the age of 12, take 2 tablespoons daily (1000 IU) and children ages 4 to 12 take 1 teaspoon daily (500 IU) daily, or as directed by your physician, pharmacist or health professional. May be taken with or without food. Do not exceed recommended daily serving.

May be taken directly by mouth or mixed in water or fruit juice. Wash dosage cup after each use. Product may be stored at room temperature or refrigerated after opening for added freshness.
